| Manage Your Appointments and Resources...All From One Screen. Using Performance Drive SVC's Central Appointment System, you can view the workload, appointments and tracking of resources such as waiters, loaner cars, shuttle rides and valet service, all in one screen.
- The number of appointments (per time interval) are easily managed through an in-house preference screen, eliminating the likelihood of appointments that are stacked up. When advisors have hit the limit for appointments, the system will automatically guide them to select on open time for the appointment.
- Preferences can be set for number of loaner cars, shuttle rides, waiters, and valet service. When parameters are exceeded, the specified preference is red flagged to alert advisors that they've exceeded their quota for that resource.
